Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees Bring MVP Credentials to Hawaii for Pro Bowl

What’s an MVP-caliber season get you in the NFL these days? A trip to Hawaii, and that’s about it.

Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees can tell you all about it, as the two quarterbacks practiced Wednesday for Sunday’s Pro Bowl, despite the fact that just about everyone believed one of them would be playing in next Sunday’s Super Bowl.

At the very least, we expected Rodgers, who went 14-1 as the Packers’ starter this year, to square off with Brees, who set a single-season passing record with 5,476 yards, in the NFC Championship Game, but losses to the Giants and 49ers, respectively, canceled those plans weeks ago.

But hey, at least the weather is perfect, right?
