Patriots fans are likely still bitter about the Giants upsetting New England in Super Bowl XLII. And it’s understandable given the Patriots’ perfect 18-0 record heading into that game.
But the Packers also have revenge on their mind this weekend as they face the Giants in an NFC divisional showdown in Green Bay. After all, the G-Men knocked off the Packers in their last playoff trip to Lambeau Field and earned the right to face the Patriots in that infamous Super Bowl. Of course, Brett Favre was still at the helm for the Packers then, but Aaron Rodgers wouldn’t mind showing the Giants and Eli Manning how turnabout is fair play.
