Send Questions for Ben Cherington and Bobby Valentine to Answer During 2012 Red Sox Town Hall Meeting

Let’s talk some baseball.

With spring training right around the corner, the Sox are gearing up for one of the most anticipated years in a long time. With a new manager and general manager among the fresh faces heading to camp, there are interesting storylines as far as the eye can see.

Join the Red Sox and NESN for the 2012 Red Sox Town Hall Meeting, which will be held at Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, Mass., on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. ET. NESN’s Red Sox studio host Tom Caron will serve as the host for the event.

Red Sox fans will get a chance to ask questions about any aspect of the Red Sox and get answers from the people who run the organization. General manager Ben Cherington and manager Bobby Valentine will take questions directly from fans, and the one-hour event will air on NESN on Feb. 2 at 10 p.m.

“The value our fans continue to bring to this team is unparalleled, and this town hall meeting is an opportunity for the organization to have an open and honest dialogue with the people who have been the touchstone of this franchise for so many years,” said Cherington. “We look forward to engaging with our fans face-to-face, and having a lively discussion that we will all benefit from.”
