NESN Photochop: How Can Jeremy Lin’s ‘Linsanity’ Be Stopped?

Ever since he burst onto the scene earlier this month, Jeremy Lin has been, well, pretty Lin-credible.

The Knicks point guard has averaged 24.6 points and 9.2 assists per game since Feb. 4, and has revitalized a team in New York that appeared to be heading for another NBA draft lottery. Now, the Knicks look like a title contender, and the energy is back at Madison Square Garden — all thanks to a backup point guard from Harvard.

"Linsanity" has swept the nation, so we ask this question: Can Jeremy Lin be stopped?

We want to see your creativity at work once again. Send us your best altered version of this photo, with your best prediction of how NBA opponents can stop the Linsanity. Email us at photos@nesn.com and be sure to include "Jeremy Lin photochop" in the subject line.

Could it take a fictional balrog from Lord of the Rings to stop Lin?

What do you think?  Leave a comment.

Or perhaps "Linsanity" wouldn't be as much fun if he were playing for the Miami Heat.

Again, send your best guess of how opponents can find a way to stop Lin to photos@nesn.com and include "Jeremy Lin photochop" in the subject line. Good luck.
