Wes Welker Blown Away by ‘Crazy’ Toilet at Tom Brady’s House

The last two weeks leading up to the Super Bowl have revealed a lot of interesting, off-the-field information — from Gisele Bundchen's secret email to friends asking for them to pray for the Patriots to Alex Rodriguez possibly having a picture of Madonna lying on a horse.

And, most recently, there's the story that Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has a "crazy" toilet in his house, at least according to his favorite receiver, Wes Welker.

"You go over and use his toilet, and you press this button, and it sprays water on you and all this stuff, and I'm like, 'You gotta be kidding me,'" Welker told reporters Wednesday, according to the Boston Herald. "It's heated, it's all this stuff, and I'm like, 'This is crazy.'"

According to the Herald, Welker was referring to the Toto Washlet Performance Toilet, a self-cleaning, heated toilet that was invented in Japan in the 1980s.

"I’ve had these toilets for over 10 years," said Ernie Boch, Jr., president and CEO of Massachusetts-based Boch Enterprises. "I go to Japan all the time, and by the early '90s they were everywhere over there, and they just got better and better and better. I knew I had to have one."

The best news to come out of this? Only two more days until the Super Bowl.
