Kevin Youkilis Battling Leadoff As Red Sox Welcome Kyle Lohse, Cardinals to Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Kevin Youkilis will be leading for the Red Sox against the Cardinals, but don't read much into it.

Bobby Valentine said the primary reason he has the third baseman in the leadoff spot is to give Youkilis a few extra at-bats.
