LeBron James, Dwyane Wade Recruiting Peyton Manning to Join Miami Dolphins

Peyton Manning's departure from the Indianapolis Colts has caught the attention of the NFL and a dozen teams are reportedly inquiring about the four-time MVP's services.

Two of the most notable names to petition for Manning don't even play in the same sport as the 11-time Pro Bowl quarterback.

Dwyane Wade and LeBron James have both publicly called for Manning to join them in the Miami sports scene.

Wade began his Miami pitch by taking to Twitter to begin the campaign to bring Manning to the Dolphins.

"I’m just gonna put it out thr..peyton that number 18 wld look gr8 in a dolphins uniform..steve ross let’s go.. marlins & heat style..All in," Wade tweeted.

Not to be outdone, James chimed in with his two cents on the situation after the Heat's game Wednesday night.

"I'm just saying," James said. "Dolphins need a quarterback, and Peyton's available"

"No, [Manning is] not a friend of mine," James said. "But I'm a Miami Heat player, and I want Miami sports to be great: The U, the Dolphins, the Marlins, the Heat, of course."

Wade and James have turned into the biggest cheerleaders for the Miami area, but they are not alone in their desire to bring Manning to the Dolphins. Fans bought a billboard last month petitioning to bring the star signal caller to Miami.

Let the inevitable "Manning taking his talents to South Beach" hype commence.
