NBA players are among the most prolific tweeters when it come to professional sports. Players up and down every NBA bench are incredibly active when it comes to tweeting, and some of the league's best players are seemingly addicted to Twitter.

Therefore, it's only fitting that the league is now trying to capitalize on that when it comes to merchandising.

Larry Brown Sports points out that the NBA is now selling shirts in its online store that feature a player's Twitter handle where his last name would usually go. On the front of the jersey, a hashtag precedes the team logo as well.

Blake Griffin, Kevin Durant, Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony and Jeremy Lin are all featured in the Association's "Has Handle" line.
