Clay Buchholz on the Mound as Red Sox Ready for Series Sweep in Minnesota

The Red Sox have found their winning ways on their trip westward, and they'll look to continue their mini stretch of great baseball by taking the third and final game against the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday night.

Toeing the rubber for Boston is Clay Buchholz, who will try to rebound from a few rough starts, the most recent of which was a 6-2 loss to the Yankees on Fenway Park’s 100th anniversary. Buchholz  gave up five home runs in that loss against a potent Yankees lineup.

He'll have to deal with plenty of power from the Twins on Wednesday night, but the Boston bats have also shown that they're ready to contribute. The Red Sox will try to get an early lead again, sending up their now usual first five, who are all hot at the plate: Mike Aviles, Ryan Sweeney, Dustin Pedroia, Adrian Gonzalez and David Ortiz.

Jarrod Saltalamacchia also returns to the lineup, after taking Tuesday night off while Kelly Shoppach caught Josh Beckett.

Liam Hendriks (0-0) will be pitching for the Twins. Hendriks has gone into the sixth inning in both of his starts this year but has yet to record a win. He has a 3.86 ERA for the year.

Here are the lineups for Wednesday night.
