Curt Schilling on Bobby Valentine’s New York Radio Contract: ‘Titanic Now in Open Water at Full Speed!’

The outspoken Curt Schilling has taken his opinions on the 2012 Red Sox to Twitter.

After an announcement was made Wednesday saying Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine would make weekly appearances on The Michael Kay Show, Schilling took to the Internet to express his thoughts on the decision. The former Sox pitcher believed Valentine’s move to speak with the New York media on a regular basis would only hurt the team.

This isn’t the first time Schilling has disapproved of Valentine and his handling of the team. In a March 27 appearance on WEEI radio, Schilling said, “There’s a lot of things I think that are happening not just from his perspective, but when you talk to these guys — and I’m still talking to some of these guys — I don’t think this is going well. And I think it’s going bad quicker than I expected it to.”
