The Miami Heat president and his wife, Christine Riley, have decided to sell their incredible waterfront mansion, though. The estate, which sits on roughly two acres, fetched $16.75 million, although the couple were reportedly seeking $23 million for it.
The Rileys originally purchased the Florida mansion for $6.3 million in 1996, and will likely now reside in their penthouse at Apogee South Beach. The penthouse is surely amazing as well, but who wouldn’t want to live in a waterfront mansion.
A hat tip to CNBC’s Darren Rovell for pointing out this development.
