Terrell Owens Cut By Indoor Football League Team, Loses Ownership Stake

Terrell Owens just can't stick with a team.

Even in the Indoor Football League, teams aren't willing to put up with Owens' behavior. The Allen Wranglers, who signed Owens back in February and gave him a stake in ownership, released Owens on Tuesday, according to ESPN.

The team cited Owens' unwillingness to attend two critical Wranglers' road games and his absence from a scheduled appearance at a local children's hospital as the reasons for parting ways.

For what he did on the football field, Owens deserves to be considered one of the best receivers to ever play in the NFL. But his off-the-field antics will always cast a dark cloud over his tremendous success.

Each stop in his football career has ended in an unbecoming way. Why would Owens behave any differently in the Indoor Football League?

Obviously, he didn't.
