Which Celtic Was Most Important in Boston’s Game 7 Win Over the Sixers?

The Boston Celtics finished off the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday in dramatic fashion, winning Game 7 by a 10-point margin.

The game was in the balance until the final moments, when the Celtics heated up on offense, shooting just over 69 percent in the fourth quarter.

Rajon Rondo filled up the stat sheet in the closing moments, collecting 11 of his 18 points inside the five-minute mark of the fourth quarter. Rondo rounded out a triple-double with 10 rebounds and 10 assists on the evening.

Kevin Garnett had another dominant performance, picking up a double-double. Garnett averaged 19.7 points and 11 rebounds per game through the seven-game series and added 18 points and 13 boards in the Game 7 victory.

And while Ray Allen was not himself for the majority of the contest, the sharpshooter nailed some clutch three-balls in the waning moments of the game to seal the deal for Boston after a cold shooting night.
