Manny Pacquiao, unbeaten in 15 straight fights dating back to 2005, looked to be well on his way to retaining his WBO welterweight title in a fight against unbeaten challenger Timothy Bradley Jr. on Saturday night.
That is, until the judges had their say.
In a stunning turn of events, the judges handed Bradley the victory in a split decision, despite nearly every statistic and pair of watching eyeballs seemingly leaning in Pacquiao's favor.
It led to a swift outcry from the online community, headlined by a large number of athletes offering their reactions to the ruling. Below are some of their more notable and colorful tweets.
Wow what just happened??????????????????????? What were they watching
