Joey Votto, the NL MVP in 2010, has been ridiculous again this season. He's hitting .355, including 10 home runs, 38 RBIs and 48 walks to go along with his .631 slugging average.
And Ryan Braun, the reigning MVP, is hitting .311 this year with 15 bombs and 40 RBIs.
Stanton can make his case with his .294 average, 14 home runs and 42 RBIs. And Harper, although batting a less torrid .282, has homered six times and knocked in 17 runs since his call-up on April 28.
