Jaguars Defensive End Austen Lane Tweets Workout Schedule, Including Plans to Tweet, Take Photo of His Abs

The Jacksonville Jaguars missed the playoffs again last season with a 5-11 record, but that's nothing that a little hard work won't fix, right?

Jaguars defensive end Austen Lane has the answers to the team's woes, with his own workout schedule which he tweeted out on July 8.

While his offseason schedule might not correlate to wins for Jacksonville, it's well worth some laughs and a lot more Twitter followers.

Lane's schedule starting the day with "Tweet inspirational quote using the words 'Shine' and 'Grind," then after working on his abs he would "Instagram photo of my abs in sepia tones with the caption 'getting it."

After a few excercises, Lane eats, tweets people that he's eating, then plays Call of Duty.

If this isn't the key to success, then who really knows what is.
