Kevin Youkilis’ Return to Fenway Park Should Bring Cheers, Unlike Visits From Other Former Players (Photos)

Kevin Youkilis returns to Fenway Park on Monday night and there's little doubt that Red Sox fans will be giving the former corner infielder the "Friendly Fenway" treatment.

Youkilis was a fan favorite and popular among his teammates and the city of Boston. After all, he climbed through the Red Sox minor league system to become the player he is today.

He walked off the Fenway Park field for the last time in a Red Sox uniform on June 24 to a standing ovation from the fans and his teammates and he'll likely get an equally raucous ovation on Monday night when he returns to the Fens as a member of the White Sox.
