Michael Phelps Wants More American Flags on Swim Caps, Unhappy With Just One (Photo)

Michael Phelps is on a quest to set an Olympic record this summer, but the legendary swimmer has a bee in his bonnet and he's yet to touch the London pool.

Phelps tweeted an image of the Team USA swim caps, pointing out that there's only one flag on it.

"Front and back of our caps," he tweeted. "We used to be able to have front and back side with flags but for some reason there are rules that tell us we cant do that anymore? Smh gotta love an organizing committee telling us we can't do that anymore…"
