Report: Keyon Dooling Returning to Celtics After Agreeing on One-Year Deal With Team

The Celtics continue to put the pieces in place for the upcoming season.

Keyon Dooling is the latest player to agree to terms with the Celtics, as the 32-year-old guard has reportedly signed a one-year deal to return to Boston next season.

The terms of the deal have not been announced, but Dooling's agent has confirmed the report.

Dooling averaged a little over 14 minutes per game for the C's last year, chipping in 4.0 points and 1.1 assists per contest as well. He shot 40.5 percent from the field in 2011-12, including 33.3 percent from long range and made two starts for Doc Rivers' squad.

The veteran will come off the bench again for the Celtics, joining a deep group that should include Jeff Green and Courtney Lee.
