For just $100 and a few hours out of his day, 76-year-old Don Wilberg was able to make one of his dreams come true.

Wilberg was one of 68 people who participated in an open tryout for the Golden State Warriors D-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors.

Wilberg — who confessed that he didn't even make his high school team — played one year of college basketball but gave that up to play beach volleyball.

"I can't say that I can run, jump or shoot, because I can't," Wilberg said during the tryout, "but for a guy who can't run, jump or shoot, I'm a decent passer, and I'll get in there and mix it up. I'm 76 years old, and this is the only thing left on my bucket list — to try out for the Santa Cruz Warriors."

Wilberg, despite being cut after just one day, came out of the tryout a winner. The bucket list is finished.
