Aaron Hernandez Packs His Bags, Doesn’t Practice Friday Before Patriots Fly to Seattle

Aaron Hernandez
could take the field for the first time since Week 2 on Sunday in Seattle, but the 22-year-old didn't practice Friday after two days of limited participation, according to the team's official practice report. He's still listed as questionable for Sunday.

Hernandez has missed the last couple of weeks with a high ankle sprain, but he had his travel bag packed with his pads as the team prepared to fly to Seattle on Friday, according to the Boston Herald.

New England listed the team's leading receiver, Wes Welker (ankle), as well as Julian Edelman (hand) and Rob Gronkowski (hip), as questionable on the report. Defensive standouts Brandon Deaderick (ankle) and Dont'a Hightower (hamstring) were also listed as questionable.

Safety Steve Gregory and linebacker Tracy White have been ruled out for Sunday with hip and foot injuries, respectively, while quarterback Tom Brady has been off the report since Thursday after being listed with right shoulder issues.
