Al Jefferson’s Massive Bed Dwarfs Mo Williams, Part of $23,000 Shipping Bill (Photos)

Al Jefferson is a big man, and not just in the NBA's sense of the term for centers and power forwards. The 6-foot-10, 265 pound pivot for the Utah Jazz probably has a difficult time sleeping in a standard 6-foot, 7-inch-long standard bed, unless he is fond of dozing with his feet dangling over the edge.

To help him get his beauty rest, Jefferson owns an oversized bed that is 12 feet tall and 10 feet wide, coming in at a whopping 120 square feet. The bed received a couple of references on Twitter last week, when Ryan Hall of Salt City Hoops tweeted a photo of a $23,287 invoice and Jazz point guard Mo Williams tweeted a blurry photo of himself sitting on the huge bed.

Jefferson has made more than $57 million in his career and is due another $15 million this season, as BusinessInsider points out, so he can probably afford such a massive expense. Jefferson is in the final year of his contract, so in order to perform this year and earn another hefty salary, he will need to be well-rested.

Check out the bed and the invoice in the tweets below.
