Patriots fans remember Brandon Meriweather for his brutal hits, which sometimes helped the team, but more often than not, hurt them. At least when he was in New England he didn't literally hurt his team.
On Sunday during pregame warm ups, Meriweather collided with wide receiver Aldrick Robinson in a bizarre scene that forced both players out of the Redskins-Buccaneers game.
Meriweather went down clutching his knee, while Robinson was knocked unconscious out on the field.
