The Pro Bowl is usually a forgettable contest, but this year’s edition provided at least one lasting image.
Packers center Jeff Saturday, who has announced that he will retire after the Pro Bowl, switched from the NFC to the AFC for one play in the first quarter to snap the ball to longtime teammate Peyton Manning one last time.
The two spent 13 seasons together with the Indianapolis Colts, winning a Super Bowl in 2007. Both players left Indy last offseason, with Manning signing signing with the Broncos and Saturday heading to Green Bay.
The center started 202 games in his 14 NFL seasons, and finishes his career with his sixth Pro Bowl appearance.
