Lance Armstrong Admits to Doping for All Seven Tour de France Wins in Interview With Oprah Winfrey

After years of speculation and rumors, and almost a week after news broke that Lance Armstrong was finally he going to confess to doping, he did so in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Armstrong, who was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles, admitted that he had cheated for years and fooled so many he had inspired. Part 1 of the two-day interview took place Thursday night, with the Associated Press providing a list of questions Winfrey asked Armstrong about his doping.

The following yes or no questions were asked during the first night of the interview:

Did Armstrong use banned substances?

Did he use EPO (Erythropoietin)?

Did he do blood doping and transfusions?

Did he use testosterone, cortisone and human growth hormone?

What do you think?  Leave a comment.

Did he take banned substances or blood dope in all seven of his Tour wins?

To all of these questions, Armstrong answered, “yes.”

For years, cycling has been marred by the countless cyclists who have been caught doping or using performance-enhancing drugs. When asked if he felt what he did was wrong, Armstrong did see his cheating in that light.

“I didn’t view it that way,” said Armstrong. “I viewed it as a level playing field”
