Claude Julien, Tyler Seguin, Dougie Hamilton Among Bruins to Visit Newtown, Conn. (Photos)

As the Bruins continue to take it to the league’s best competition on the ice, they still find time to give back to communities off the ice.

A number of Bruins, including head coach Claude Julien, center Tyler Seguin and rookie defenseman Dougie Hamilton, took a trip down to Newtown, Conn., on Monday. The B’s payed their respects to the families and children of Newtown, while signing a few autographs and playing street hockey with the kids. Everyone had an opportunity to take a picture with the players and even had a chance to snap a photo with Lord Stanley’s Cup.

For all the help the Bruins brought to Newtown, the kids presented Julien & Co. with a Newtown hockey sweaters as a token of their appreciation.
