Teemu Selanne is an ageless wonder — and now we may know the secret of his longevity.

Even at age 42, The Finnish Flash remains one of the NHL’s elite scorers, even while seeing less ice time. Although he has just 19 points in 29 games this season, Selanne has hit an inordinate number of posts, and remains a key cog on an Anaheim (they’ll always be “Mighty” to us) Ducks team that has the second-best record in the NHL.

Selanne also has a way with children, having been a kindergarten teacher in his native Finland. And those two skills — along with his acting chops — were on display in a recent advertisement in his home country for milk.

The ad starts out with a young boy — complete with an original Winnipeg Jets Selanne jersey — imitating Selanne’s back-handed wrist shot. However, that evening the Ducks star takes the boy on a Disney-imitating wondrous journey, as everywhere they go the ground freezes over under their skates.

Check out the ad below to see what does a body good — you don’t even really have to know Finnish.
