Terrence Williams might be new to the NBA playoffs, but the Celtics swingman knows a good postseason battle when he sees one.
And he’s seeing one.
Williams was asked on Friday about the recent dust-up(s) between the C’s and Knickerbockers and put it simply, according to Masslive.com.
“At this point, I don’t think either team likes each other,” he said. “We’re all for our guys, they’re for their guys.”
As for the Knicks’ pregame attire prior to their last game? Williams didn’t find it very amusing.
“When people wear all black and saying it’s your funeral — a lot of us have people that died in our own personal lives, so that’s not really something funny. That’s not really anything to play with,” he added. “You can say you’re going to end the series in New York, but it’s not a funeral. We knew we don’t like them, we know they don’t like us.”
