Tim Tebow Receives Offer From Philadelphia Soul Owner, Ron Jaworski

An ESPN analyst approached Tim Tebow with a job opportunity, but it’s not for the Worldwide Leader.

Ron Jaworski is offering Tebow a shot on his football squad, the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul, according to the Philadelphia Enquirer. Jaworski is a co-owner of the AFL team that was formerly owned by rock star and friend of Bill Belichick, Jon Bon Jovi.

Jaworski and Soul head coach Clint Dolezel even went as far as to send Tebow a list of plays that he would run in Philadelphia. Tebow would not be the starter for the Soul, however. That honor goes to former Miami (OH) University signal caller Dan Raudabaugh.

Tebow has yet to reply to Jaworski’s offer. It seems fitting that Tebow would play for a team named the Soul, though, no?
