FOXBORO, Mass. — Rob Gronkowski is off the PUP list and back on the football field.
Gronkowski was in full uniform Sunday afternoon and participating in drills. Gronkowski missed all of training camp after undergoing back surgery in the spring.
The All-Pro tight end was spotted last Monday catching passes and jogging on a side field. It was the first time we had seen Gronkowski do anything other than stand on the sideline in sweats.
The Patriots were in full pads. Gronkowski was hitting the blocking sled and ran some routes out on the Gillette Stadium practice fields.
