Yeah, that’s a bomb.
Mike Napoli turned Game 5 of the American League Championship Series in the Red Sox’ favor on Thursday with one swing of his mighty bat, putting the Sox up 1-0 with a homer that some folks are measuring at 460 feet.
But that wasn’t the only cool thing about the blast. It also showed off Napoli in all his bearded glory, from his intense focus as he honed in on the ball to the beard-tugging ritual that greeted him when he made it home.
