Ray Allen Drains Halfcourt Shot, Poses to Admire Moment in Heat’s Loss to Sixers (Video)

Ray Allen and the Heat were in really good moods when Allen buried a halfcourt shot at the end of the third quarter to extend Miami’s lead to nine points.

There was no way Allen could have known what was the come, as the Sixers surged back to beat the Heat in the opener in Philadelphia, but in hindsight Allen looks a little silly for his pose after making the shot. After the ball swished through the net, Allen paused for a moment to enjoy the moment. He quickly laughed off the lucky shot, but he and the Heat weren’t laughing after Michael Carter-Williams and the Sixers earned the 114-110 victory.
