Chris ‘Birdman’ Andersen Releasing Underwear Line Based on His Tattoos (Photo)

Chris Andersen is using his signature body art to embark on a new business venture.

The man they call “Birdman” has partnered with underwear company PSD to produce a new line of undergarments based on his tattoos. The line is scheduled to hit stores in January.

In addition to his day job as a big man off the bench for the Miami Heat, Andersen has — at the urging of former teammate Mike Miller — broken into the world of underwear modeling. Miller first partnered with PSD in 2012 and has since brought Andersen and Heat forward Udonis Haslem into the fold.

“This is all Mike Miller’s doing,” Andersen told the Sun Sentinel. “He’s kind of just using the theme of my tattoos and everything for the design of the underwear. I was just messing around and I just called it free-Birding.”

Take a look at the new Birdman-themed undies in the photo below, with a hat tip to For The Win.
