Take one All-Star closer, add the ugliest of ugly sweaters and sprinkle in the scraggly remnants of Movember. That’s the perfect recipe for photographic gold.
All of those elements are well-represented in this photo of Phillies closer Jonathan Papelbon, posted on Twitter by his wife Ashley, taken at what appears to be a Christmas party. And Papelbon’s facial expression … well, have fun sleeping tonight.
