Texans Defensive End Antonio Smith Says It Was ‘Very Suspicious’ Patriots Knew First-Half Defensive Calls

Antonio Smith is accusing the Patriots of … something.

The Texans defensive end said it was “very suspicious” that New England knew Houston’s first-half defensive calls that had been prepared specially this week.

Check out the series of tweets below to see what Smith was saying.

It’s interesting that Smith is accusing the Patriots of cheating — apparently — in the first half, since New England put up just seven points before halftime. It’s also unclear how teams would spy on the Texans in their own facility. Is there a rat in Houston?
