Will Middlebrooks Rocks Awesome Christmas Sweater in Throwback Family Photo (Photo)

No one will ever mistake Will Middlebrooks — or his mom, for that matter — for being a Scrooge.

Middlebrooks’ mother recently tweeted out a holiday-themed throwback photo featuring her children. The photo (presumably, of course) was taken long before Middlebrooks became the Boston Red Sox’ third baseman and probably well before the now-25-year-old began picking out his own clothes.

Then again, Middlebrooks’ enthusiasm for the photo, in which he’s wearing an awesome Christmas sweater, suggests that we just might see a similar getup this holiday season. And who could blame him?
