Tampa Bay may be devoid of snow and slush, but it’s certainly not lacking some of Santa’s helpers.
A local fan helped out during Thursday night’s Lightning-Predators game when he made one young fan’s Christmas wish come true.
A puck flew out of play in the second period, and it was collected by a fan in the front row. He quickly turned around, however, and handed the prized grab to a nearby youngster. As the camera shot pulled back on the young fan celebrating his good fortune, it revealed a sign the kid had been holding up throughout the game. It read: “All I want for X-Mas is a hockey puck.”
