Broncos, Seahawks Sell Out Conference Championship Game Tickets in Minutes

Fans seeking face-value seats for this Sunday’s NFL conference championship games are now out of luck.

Tickets for the AFC Championship Game between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots and the NFC Championship Game between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers went on sale Monday at 10 a.m. Mountain and Pacific time, respectively. Within minutes, both had sold out.

Tickets for both games are available on the secondary market but carry a much steeper price tag. As of Monday afternoon, the cheapest Broncos-Patriots ticket available on StubHub was going for $284.70. Prices were even higher in Seattle, where standing room only tickets were fetching nearly $400 apiece.
