P.K. Subban’s Excessive Celebration ‘Didn’t Go Over Well’ With Senators (Videos)

Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban scored 23 seconds into overtime against the Senators in Ottawa on Thursday night, but Sens Nation seems to be more angry at the D-man’s excessive celebration than at their own club for coughing up a 4-3 lead in the third period.

Subban’s celebration was a bit much, if you ask just about anyone. As seen in the video below, the Sochi-bound Canadian defenseman sprinted over to his teammates without his stick and embraced his fellow Habs as if he had just won the Stanley Cup. Subban then made a gesture toward the Senators crowd (which might or might not have started a fan brawl), tugging at the Habs crest on his uniform.
