Chase Adams’ unbelievable basketball skills prove that good things really do come in small packages.
At just 4-foot-11, the eighth-grader from Chicago is not a typical basketball player. Adams might never be able to slam dunk like others his age, but what he lacks in height, the 13-year-old makes up for in speed, agility and an excellent shot.
Adams says he is inspired by the likes of Rajon Rondo and Derrick Rose, and his favorite player of all time is Bob Cousy. When Adams was in seventh grade, he helped lead his school’s eighth-grade team to a 56-3 record, according to Ballislife Midwest. A city championship is in sight this year.
