Jared Lorenzen, 320-Pound QB, Still Lining Up Under Center (Videos)

For a man his size, Jared Lorenzen has been very hard to find in recent years.

The hefty quarterback, who weighed in at around 260 pounds during his senior season at Kentucky and 285 during his NFL days, has been off the radar since being released by the New York Giants in 2008 and failing to make the Indianapolis Colts’ roster the following training camp.

Lorenzen has since upped his weight to a gargantuan 320 pounds, and he made his triumphant return to national prominence Monday night as a quarterback for the Northern Kentucky River Monsters of the Continental Indoor Football League. And, even at nearly 50 pounds heavier than his previous playing weight, the Round Mound of Touchdown has still got it.

Lorenzen, who now resembles something out of Madden‘s Create-A-Player, is shockingly nimble in the pocket, and he showed off some of that fancy footwork during a 26-20 win over the Bluegrass Warhorses.

Check out the new Lorenzen in the photos and videos below, with a belly bump to Barstool.
