Dad Won’t Let Daughter Watch Avalanche-Blackhawks Fight (GIF)
Sheldon Brookbank and Cody MacLeod gave fans a close-up look at hockey fighting when they brawled along the boards during Wednesday’s Chicago Blackhawks-Colorado Avalanche game. It was a little too close for one rinkside dad, though.
As Brookbank and MacLeod traded blows, television cameras caught one fan — a Blackhawks fan who had made the trip to Denver, in fact — shielding his young daughter’s eyes from the brutality taking place in front of them.
