Phil Martelli’s Grandson Gives Adorable Interview With Allie LaForce (Video)

Appearing on live TV during one of the biggest sporting events of the year probably would frighten most 4-year-olds, but not young Philip Martelli.

The grandson of St. Joseph’s head coach Phil Martelli gave a live interview to TBS sideline reporter Allie LaForce that has become one of the most talked-about non-buzzer-beater-related moments of what has so far been a highly entertaining NCAA tournament.

The elder Martelli’s team did not fare so well in its opening game of the tourney, though, falling to seventh-seeded UConn 89-81 in overtime.
