Say what you want about Bryce Harper, but the kid knows how to make a commercial.
Shortly after appearing in a rather unique ad in which he crushes a home run ball covered in Gatorade, the Washington Nationals outfielder starred in a cool spot for Major League Baseball that places him in the rarefied presence of baseball’s legends.
The clever commercial takes Harper in a time machine through great moments in MLB history, proclaiming that while the young star is only 21 years old, “he already looks like a legend.”

In the video, Harper warms up with old-time Boston Red Sox teammates, shares a moment with baseball greats Ted Williams and Babe Ruth, and goes yard off pitcher Nolan Ryan.
The highlight of the clip, though, has to be when Harper is seen in the background waving Carlton Fisk’s legendary home run fair in Game 6 of the 1975 World Series.
Not a bad 30 seconds for the Nats slugger.
