Los Angeles Clippers director of basketball administration Eric Miller spoke out against Donald Sterling, telling TMZSports.com that he finds the team owner’s alleged comments “deplorable and disgusting.”

Miller also happens to be Donald Sterling’s son-in-law.

“There is no room in sports or society in general, for racism,” Miller said Monday.

Miller went on to pledge his full support to the players, coaches and staff members of the Clippers, adding he has “complete faith” that NBA commissioner Adam Silver will appropriately deal with the situation.

Earlier today, head coach Doc Rivers would not comment on whether he will stay with the Clippers after this season.

“If these comments should happen to cost me my employment with the team, it is but a small price to pay to speak out against ignorance and racism,” Miller said.

Eric Miller’s wife — Joanna Sterling Miller, the daughter of Donald Sterling — also commented on the released audio recording, saying, “I am devastated and saddened by the cruel and insensitive comments expressed in these audio tapes.”
