Ex-Patriots Offensive Lineman Quinn Ojinnaka Turns To Pro Wrestling

Quinn Ojinnaka’s NFL career never fully took off, so the former New England Patriots offensive lineman is turning to sports entertainment.

Ojinnaka signed with Ring of Honor Wresting on Tuesday, the pro wrestling promotion announced. ROH is a second-tier promotion, below WWE. Ring of Honor has produced WWE talent, however, like CM Punk and Daniel Bryan.

Ojinnaka was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL draft out of Syracuse. The Patriots traded a seventh-round draft pick for Ojinnaka before the 2010 season.

Ojinnaka, who started 20 games during his seven-year NFL career, appeared in eight games for the Patriots at guard in 2010. Ojinnaka most recently played for the St. Louis Rams in 2012.

The 6-foot-5, 295-pounder goes by “Moose” in the ring.
