The Celtics begin their regular season with a bang. It kicks off Oct. 29 with a visit from Kevin Garnett and the Brooklyn Nets in the season opener and includes early home dates with the Indiana Pacers (Nov. 7), Oklahoma City Thunder (Nov. 12) and Cleveland Cavaliers (Nov. 14).
In all, Boston will play 10 of last season’s 16 playoff teams — plus the LeBron James-led Cavaliers — before the calendar flips to December, with seven of those games coming at TD Garden.
Tickets can be purchased at Celtics.com, the TD Garden Box Office or by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX.
