Kent State Quarterback Throws What Might Be Worst Pass Ever (GIF)

Poor Kent State.

The Golden Flashes didn’t stand a chance Saturday afternoon against Ohio State, trailing 21-0 after one quarter and 45-0 at halftime against their cross-state foes.

Lowlights abounded for Kent State in the contest, but one in particular should enjoy a spot in the “Not Top 10” for quite some time.

In the final minute of the first half, Kent State quarterback Colin Reardon took the snap and rolled to his right, searching for a receiver downfield. He appeared to spot one, but when the sophomore went to uncork a bomb, the ball didn’t cooperate.

Reardon managed just 79 yards through the air and tossed two interceptions before being yanked late in the third quarter.

The performance put on by Buckeyes signal-caller J.T. Barrett, meanwhile, was the polar opposite. Barrett, a redshirt freshman, completed 23 of 30 passes, racking up 312 passing yards and six touchdowns.
