You might be surprised, however, to learn that beers sold at New England Patriots games actually are relatively cheap compared to those sold at other NFL venues.
MainStreet.com conducted a study using Team Market Report’s “Fan Cost Index” and found that — at $0.38 per ounce — the Patriots sell the least expensive beer of all 2013 NFL playoff teams.
The Carolina Panthers serve the league’s most cost-effective suds at $0.27 per ounce, while the Dallas Cowboys top the charts at a whopping $0.53 per ounce.
That’s not the only expensive part of seeing a game at Jerry Jones’ palace, either. Parking for Cowboys games will set you back $75 (compared to the league average of $31) and a program will cost you $10 — again more than double the NFL average ($4).
