There’s a lot of pressure in today’s day and age of hot sports takes to say something profound or edgy. That pressure can get the best of you sometimes.

The worst part about this Vine — and there’s not much — has to be the fact that it’s cut off before colleague Tom Jackson has a chance to react. Assuming Jackson actually was paying attention, you’d have to think some sort of fantastic facial expression was on its way.

Maybe Jackson will save it for the “C’mon, Man!” segment on “Monday Night Countdown.”
